We have a high staff retention and are IT enabled but not reliant.
Telemarketing is a peoples business so we involve our staff at every
stage of the campaign process. We are not a stereotypical call centre.
Our staff are empowered to use their own initiative.

our clients business needs and requirements and communicate these
through non-scripted conversations, when generating leads or arranging
appointments.
We have team
members that enjoy and have great success at communicating with
varying levels of management - some are highly skilled at engaging
at Director and Senior Management level whilst others prefer to
communicate at a mid-management level.
