Vantage Computer Solutions Ltd. resell computer
network services, systems development and training.
Since their formation three years ago, tele-marketing
has been the mainstay of their marketing activity.
Situation
Sourcing Vantage's own contact database, an initial
pilot campaign was planned to gather as much information
as possible to feed back to Vantage sales people.
ICM do not use scripts as it enables us to hold
intelligent conversations with prospects, and
so Vantage spent time on site training callers
and passing on appropriate technical information
during the qualification process.
Solution
ICM became an integral and seamless partner to
Vantage’s business. We generated new business
leads and qualified appointments and campaign
updates were emailed daily to Vantage. Urgent
appointments were set up straight away. Proactive
quality control meant minor issues were addressed
swiftly, keeping the campaign on track.
